IS THIS YOU?
HOW IT WORKS
You can desire one life while your nervous system, beliefs, habits, environment, and daily choices continue reinforcing another.
Yoga, qigong, breathwork, somatic practice, mindset work, and behavioral change are tools we use to close the distance between what you know, what you desire, and how you actually live.
We work with the body because sustainable change has to become more than something you understand intellectually. You build the capacity to:
Not so you can become better at waiting for the life you want to arrive.
So you can participate in creating it.
Prosperity is a practice.
Yoga certified. Trained and certified in qigong through the Daoist Water Tradition. 4 years teaching.
A guided practice for freedom through breath. Learn the foundational breath practice that taught me how to stop forcing my way through life and start working with myself instead.
Breathe Like Water uses breath and embodied awareness to help you create space between stimulus and response, reconnect with the intelligence of your body, and build the capacity to stay present through the ebbs and flows of being alive.
Because water doesn't force its way through. It learns the way through.
LEARN MOREYou know what you want. Let's practice living like it matters.
The Practice of Prosperity is an eight-week guided coaching container for people who are ready to stop treating prosperity like something that happens after they finally become good enough, healed enough, disciplined enough, or certain enough.
We look at the actual life you're living. Your habits, relationships, work, body, environment, choices, money, desires, and the places where you keep getting in your own way. Then we practice something different. Not in theory. In your actual week.
Because prosperity isn't just having more. It's becoming able to participate in, receive, sustain, and enjoy more of what matters to you.
LEARN MOREMy mission is to help people stop spending their lives trying to think their way into becoming someone they already know how to be.
I believe the body holds an intelligence the mind cannot access on its own. Through movement, breath, awareness, and practice, we learn to recognize the patterns we've been living inside, and develop the capacity to choose differently when life actually asks us to.
Because embodiment isn't about becoming perfectly regulated, endlessly healed, or permanently aligned.
It's about becoming present enough to participate in your own life.
To make the thing. To love deeply. To trust yourself. To notice the magic happening around you while it's happening. To build something that matters to you. To experience success without abandoning yourself to sustain it. And to create a life that increasingly reflects who you actually are.
Prosperity isn't something you wait to receive. It's something you practice.
